welcome to clsc.net

Aka: claus schmidt internet, claus schmidt and network

clsc.net does:
Anything complicated in need of a structure
Media, internet, research, development, project management ...

Note: This part of the site is no longer up to date. It is kept here only as an example of dynamic HTML effects. See "this site" for details.

who?

clsc.net is a privately held firm based in Copenhagen, Denmark (EU).

The firm is founded and operated by Claus Schmidt. Choose "experience" to learn more.

I work with requested partners or find competent people for any type of task.

Internet research, Claus Schmidt:
In Denmark 65 people out of approximately 5.4 million share this name. Three of these are in central Copenhagen - curiously all three seems to be in market research and/or media.

what?

Main work areas are technology, internet, and media (TIME).

The firm handles anything complicated in need of a structure, that is:

anything from number-crunching to complete websites

In other words:

Tasks are solved in cooperation with a range of people and companies (see "network") or with partners specified by the customer.

expertise

Research
internet research, internet traffic measurement, media research (tv, teletext, print), marketing research, industry analysis
Presentation
websites, copywriting, oral presentations, seminars, education, and slideshows
Implementation and control
planning, structuring, project management, subcontracts, measuring, evaluation

- if You do not really need an expert, I can easily solve these tasks at an average level as well - and of course the price will be lower. Hire a mediocre firm in stead and they will not be able to perform at expert level - that's the difference.

This difference is important - You will not always know just how complicated a project is until You've started, and You know what happens if the foundation of a building isn't solid.

I know a) my own limits and b) experts in the fields I'm not an expert on.

experience

Only a few of my past accomplishments are mentioned here and only in headlines.

network

I do not solve all tasks alone. From case to case I will decide who needs to be involved in order to achieve a fair bit more than the intended results.

In addition to firms mentioned below, my personal network involves a wide range of people from industries as diverse as media, research, advertising agencies, consulting, telecom, and even biotech, retail, and academia.

This is a temporary page. It is pretty advanced, easy to navigate and conforms to standards for modern day websites. It is a working example of an one-page online business card. Yes, there is only one page per language.
