Background
FDIM (Danish Association of Internet Media): Advisor, and from 1997 to 2007 a working member of the method committee for the official Danish Internet Audience Measurement Survey. Last year as Chair. With peers I conducted extensive work resulting in a common Nordic de facto standard for internet measurement.
TDC Internet: Research manager responsible for all portal-research. Largest ISP in Denmark. Portal strategy, two relaunches of major portal, structure for business site, internet research, media market research, and interactive television research.
TV 2: Researcher covering tv, teletext, and internet. Largest commercial TV-station in Denmark.
LK as: Market researcher for the largest producer of electrical goods in Denmark.
Education and skills
M.Sc. in Economics and Market Research from Copenhagen Business School. Specializing in quantitative analysis and statistics. My thesis developed the world’s first model that made industry convergence quantitatively measurable.
Three years of Art History studies at the University of Copenhagen.
internet: User since 1992-93. I was online before browsers. BBS in 1991. Experience with muliticultural radio communication and teletype already in 1982-83.
